Welcome to Grappes. By accessing or using grappes.dev (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Grappes is an AI-powered website generation platform. Users describe their business and the Service generates a complete website, which can then be previewed, edited and published to a custom domain.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Payment and plans
Site generation is free. You only pay when you choose to publish your site to a live domain. Pricing is listed on the Service's pricing page and may change from time to time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled.
- Lifetime plans are one-time payments covering a single site.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content (text, images, assets, brand guidelines) you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Grappes a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses large language models to generate website copy, layouts and design choices. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI output may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or host content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful to others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Intellectual property
All software, design systems and trademarks that make up the Service are owned by Grappes. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the platform itself, but websites generated for you are yours to use.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grappes is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
